1. The engagement is purely temporary and contractual in nature.
2. No claim for regularization or absorption in KSEB Ltd. shall be entertained at any stage.
3. Remuneration will be on a consolidated basis, subject to applicable statutorydeductions.
4. Candidates shall upload scanned copies of supporting documents valid as on the closing date. Applications without valid documents will be treated as incomplete or rejected.
5. Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected. Acceptance or rejection of an application shall be at the sole discretion of KSEB Ltd.
6. Original certificates shall be produced for verification when called for. If any discrepancy is found in the application or documents at any stage, the offer of engagement will be cancelled and the candidate disqualified.
7. Applicants are advised to visit the website and note down any change in the schedules/ requirements published.
8. All communications will be sent only through email. Candidates shall ensure that the email ID provided is valid and accessible, and check the SPAM folder regularly.
9. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the written test/skill test and interview.
10. Qualification, and experience possessed by the applicant as on the closing date of the notification alone will be considered. Applicants shall clearly specify details and upload supporting documents. Experience certificates furnished shall be from reputed establishments.
11. The number of posts notified is indicative only and may vary depending on project requirements. KSEB Ltd. reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts, or to cancel the recruitment for any post(s), at its sole discretion.
12. KSEB Ltd. reserves the right to modify, cancel, or postpone the selection process without assigning any reasons.
13. No TA/DA will be payable to the candidates at any stage of the recruitment process.
14. All disputes arising in this regard shall fall under the jurisdiction of the civil courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

KSEBL shall have the right to terminate this Contract at any time by giving the Contractor one (1) month’s prior written notice without assigning any reason. Upon such termination, the Contractor shall not be entitled to claim any compensation, damages, or loss, except for amounts legitimately due for services satisfactorily performed and accepted by KSEBL up to the effective date of termination.

KSEBL may terminate this Contract forthwith, without notice, in the event of:

1. Breach or non-observance of any terms and conditions of the Contract;
2. Misconduct, negligence, or commission of any act prejudicial to the interests of KSEBL;
3. Breach or non-observance of any terms and conditions of the Contract;
4. Submission of false, incorrect, or misleading information or documents at any stage;

No compensation or claims shall be payable in such cases, except proportionate remuneration for services duly rendered and accepted up to the date of termination.

Termination of this Contract, whether by notice or for default, shall not give rise to any claim, demand, or proceeding against KSEBL for damages, compensation, reinstatement, or any other relief, save and except to the limited extent of payment expressly admissible under this Contract.
