Supply Voltage Limits
  • Single Phase (240V): Connected load up to 5 kW.
  • Three Phase (415V): Load > 5 kW up to 100 kW/kVA.
  • HT Supply (11 kV): Contract Demand > 100 kVA up to 3,000 kVA.
200m Electrified Boundary

Standard per kVA/kW rates apply strictly within 200 meters of existing distribution mains (+35m weatherproof cable allowance). For other applicants the Estimate cost based on the rates in the cost data of materials and work as approved by the Commission shall be applicable.

Enhancement Exemptions

Under Regulation 32(2)(iii), no additional connection charges apply if additional load is < 10% of approved load OR < 20 kVA/kW (whichever is lower), provided no service line/voltage modification is needed.
