Create an account by giving your Mobile number and Email id. This is used only to send payment related information It is NOT in any way related to mobile number you have registered during New Service Connection Application or given in Section Office.
Enter OTP sent to the mobile
You can pay bills associated with any service you have availed. But for a single applicant number online payment can be made only once. Demand note of applications submitted in section office can also be paid.
Now you can enter the 13-digit applicant number starting with '21'. Please wait till the services associated with the applicant is loaded in the drop down. Select the counter service in case if there is more than one service
If you have attempted demand note payment for other applicants with this mobile number earlier, all these applicants will be listed. You can attempt payment again by selecting any one and then clicking Make Payment button. You can make payment for any other applicants not listed there by clicking Pay Demand Note for Another Applicant button. But in case any of your previous payment attempts are still in Initiated status, then you will have to wait till it is marked as Failed or Success by Payment Gateway.
Click Fetch Bills button to view all pending bills
Click Continue to Payment button
You can download the receipt after paying the amount.
